Find Your Neighborhood School

Are you a Denver resident and need to enroll this school year? You may enroll directly at the neighborhood school that serves your address. Visit School Finder to determine your neighborhood school. To enroll, contact the school office directly for registration dates and required documents. (If you are looking to enroll in a new school for next school year, please participate in SchoolChoice.)

If you would like to attend a school other than your neighborhood school this school year, you may request a New Student Enrollment form (for grades 1-12 only) from the neighborhood school that serves your address, or from a Choice and Enrollment officeLearn more about the SchoolChoice process.

Need a New School?

If you want to enroll in a DPS school other than your neighborhood school, you may take part in SchoolChoice. Round 1 of SchoolChoice for the 2018-19 school year is Feb. 1-28, 2018. Learn more about Round 1 of SchoolChoice.

Mid-Year Transfers

Families who want to transfer between schools during the current school year may submit an Administrative Transfer Form. Transfer approval is based on space availability, demonstration of genuine need and student history. Families who are new to Denver or have moved within DPS during the school year can submit a Mid-Year Entry Form.
